Stayed in our home away from home a couple nights ago…those who have read my book, know the lot. 🤍

Yesterday morning was one of my bi-yearly breast oncology follow-ups… and yes all is good in the hood.🙏🙌🏻

I was especially grateful for a provider who met me with openness—no judgment around my choice to use HRT despite going against their recommendations... just a willingness to listen and understand how I’m actually feeling.

That kind of support matters more than people realize.

It’s also not lost on me how fortunate I am to call these appointments “routine.”

I know not everyone gets to say that… and I carry that perspective with me every time I walk in.

Grateful in more ways than one today.
