My Story
Jen is a wife of 25 years, a grateful mama to two amazing adult kids, and a two-time cancer survivor who lives with deep purpose and zero interest in waiting for “someday.”

A former school counselor and substance abuse prevention specialist, Jen has always been passionate about helping others navigate hard things with honesty, curiosity, and courage. Her own journey through colon cancer (13 years in remission) and more recently breast cancer (approaching two years since her double mastectomy) has reshaped her perspective on time, health, and joy.
She’s now a full-blown wellness advocate, personal growth pursuer, and hormone health truth-teller — especially for women who feel dismissed or confused in midlife. If there’s one thing she’s certain of, it’s that life can change in an instant, so you better start living it like it matters.
In that spirit, Jen and her husband began traveling the U.S. in their camper over four years ago and haven’t looked back. They’ve visited all but six states (yes, even Alaska — from New Hampshire!) and explored parts of Canada along the way. Their travel stories, health insights, and real-life reflections live here on this site — born from the encouragement of friends who said, “You need to share this.”

She hopes it inspires you to stop waiting, start asking better questions, and chase what really lights you up.
