I had one of those moments this week that just makes you pause and smile…

I was talking to my cousin and she told me she had read my book… but had to grab it back from her partner halfway through…

Because her mom needed it back.

To return it to the library. 😳

Wait… what?!

And it hit me…

My story is sitting on a shelf somewhere in California… being picked up, passed around, and read by people I don’t even know.

From quiet moments writing it all down alone … to that.

I don’t think that’s something I’ll ever fully wrap my head around.

Equal parts humbling… and a little funny too. 🤍
